Job Description
Tolchards is a family business that delivers wines, spirits, beers and soft drinks to a wide range of pubs, cafes, hotels and restaurant across the South of the UK.
We are looking for an enthusiastic person who has excellent IT skills and great attention to detail to join the finance team. We are a busy department, so good time management skills are essential. The role is ideal for someone looking to develop their career in finance.
We are offering a permanent, full-time role (40 hours) Monday to Friday, with flexible hours to suit. The role is available from 1st October.
The Role
Process purchase ledger stock invoices against purchase orders Communicate with other departments to efficiently resolve queries Code and input non-stock invoices Check and reconcile supplier statements Process and allocate supplier payments Daily bank reconciliations Support the Finance Team in preparation of Management Account Provide administrative support to the finance team as required
The Candidate
Experienced in accounts payable or similar role Strong numerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Great communication skills, polite and professional Good IT skills - Microsoft Office Efficient with good awareness of deadlines AAT qualifications (achieved or partial)

Pay: 25,750.00-27,000.00 per year
