Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Manage employee Payrolls. Lead the finance team in delivering high-quality financial reports and support across the organisation. Develop and implement effective financial planning strategies to optimise resource allocation. Supervise accounts receivables/payable processes to ensure timely payments and accurate record-keeping. Monitor and control costs across various departments to enhance profitability. Prepare detailed financial reports for senior management, providing insights into performance and areas for improvement. Collaborate with other departments to facilitate informed decision-making based on financial data, raw material purchasing.

Requirements

Proven experience in financial management and accounting within a corporate environment. Strong knowledge of financial services, regulations, and best practices. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a finance team. Excellent analytical skills with a focus on financial planning and strategic thinking. Proficiency in managing accounts payable functions effectively. Experience in cost control measures and enhancing operational efficiency. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
