Job Description
Achnagairn Castle & Estate is a five-star, award-winning exclusive use venue known for its vibrant personality and stunning events, particularly weddings. Our venue accommodates events for 50-150 guests, sometimes more, in a beautiful ballroom setting.
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our bar staff team. As a member of our
pool system,
you'll have the flexibility to pick shifts that suit your availability, covering both weekdays and weekends (mainly Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays).Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support all aspects of drinks service for weddings and events.
- Set up and serve reception drinks.
- Serve drinks at the bar and assist with wine service.
- Maintain stock levels and report to the bar manager.
- Help prepare the ballroom for meals, including setting tables and glasses.
- Engage with guests to enhance their event experience.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth event operations.
- Carry out additional tasks to assist in the smooth running of the estate.
