Flexible Support Workers

What You'll Be Doing
Every shift gives you the chance to create meaningful impact. As part of a supportive team, you'll provide consistent, nurturing care, help with daily routines, join in activities, and offer calm reassurance when challenges arise.
Your responsibilities will include:
Building positive, trusting relationships with young people.
Supporting daily routines such as mealtimes, education, and bedtime.
Encouraging therapeutic and recreational activities, including outdoor play.
Responding to challenges with empathy and composure.
Working collaboratively with the permanent team to ensure consistent care.
Maintaining accurate records in line with safeguarding standards.
What We're Looking For
Experience in residential childcare or a similar care setting.
Confidence supporting young people with complex emotional needs.
A trauma-informed, empathetic approach to care.
Strong communication skills, resilience, and reliability.
A full UK driving licence.
Availability to work 24.5-hour shifts as outlined above.
