We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic

Food and Beverage Team Member

to join our lively team at The Castle Inn. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to enhance our dedication to delivering outstanding dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Create a warm and inviting atmosphere for all guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience. Assist with seating guests and managing reservations efficiently. Take and accurately process food and drink orders, ensuring timely delivery to tables. Handle payments and provide change, maintaining accuracy and professionalism. Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service operations. Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the dining area, including tables and restrooms. Follow health and safety guidelines, reporting any issues promptly.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in a front-of-house role, with a focus on customer service excellence. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude and a passion for hospitality. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
