We are looking for an experienced Hospitality Director to take on a lead planning and delivery role for the client guest programme at 3 key client events on a Freelance basis.


The role is a 3-month requirement July-October with an immediate delivery need for the 1st event in Aberdeen in August.


The role will be supported by 2 junior hospitality resources and overseen by a hospitality lead based in the UK. We are looking for someone who can pick up this project quickly, apply previous experience, and push forward planning as we move quickly toward upcoming event deliveries.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

The role will include the following workstreams:


Management and facilitating of guest invitations (approx. 30 VIP guests per event), registrations and communications via approved GMS system Booking and management of accommodation, onsite transfers and additional evening activities Guest gifting management Photographer/videographer management On-site team management and client key point of contact
The on-site event requirements are as follows:

- 19th -25th August - Birmingham

- 8th-15th September - Surrey

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Agency experience, working in a fast-paced environment International guest programmes Budget management Golf knowledge helpful but not necessary Ability to plan multiple projects at once Proven leadership skills with junior members Experience managing clients and expectations on site Clear team communication, Fast problem solving and constant forward thinking in an ever changing environment
