Stewart Brewing is an award winning, Midlothian-based brewery, which is undergoing substantial growth in an exciting market. Located in the Bilston Glen Industrial Estate, Loanhead in a custom-built brewery, the business is all about quality, exceptional service, and a fun, progressive team environment.

This role will be based within our retail team, focused on providing the best customer service within our Beer & Pizza Restaurant. Since opening, our Beer and Pizza restaurant has established a local reputation for serving the finest craft beer and Pizza and we're proudly rated number 1 on TripAdvisor for Midlothian.

What your typical day would look like:

You will be part of a team that deliver our new brewery experience; where great service, great beer and great pizza are top priorities. Following a trial period, the successful candidate will be required to help establish and deliver a stellar offer at Stewart Brewing.

Team members will be cross trained to run serve in our Bar & Pizza Kitchen and work in our brewery shop. The job requires diversity and team working to ensure all our customer interactions are carried out to our top standards.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Serving customers in our Beer and Pizza Restaurant and Brewery Shop, ensuring customer requests are dealt with quickly and politely. Engaging with customers about our beers and our pizza menu. Ensure the customer site is neat, tidy, and well kept. Taking table bookings. Occasional support at off-site events.

Previous experience in a hospitality setting is desirable but not essential.
