Job Description

Anabas Welcome is specialised in high-end reception and concierge services, the premium front of house division of Anabas. Our focus lies in supporting corporate office occupiers looking for a great workplace experience for their staff and customers.

We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to work at our clients prestigious site in Central London at a salary of 33,000



Do you have:



Current experience

working as a front of house receptionist in a corporate office environment.

Exceptional organisation and communication skills.

An interest in the local area and community

The ability to work in a fast-paced environment in which you can maintain an exceptional level of service whilst managing multiple tasks.



This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic, self-motivated candidate who enjoys leading the team to provide a welcoming and efficient guest experience to all occupiers and their guests.


As a public-facing position, this role calls for a candidate with excellent customer service skills and the confidence to display them in every interaction.


This is a full time permanent role working 40hours per week, working a shift between the hours of

8:00am to 5:00pm,

Monday to Friday at an annual salary of 33,000

A high standard of service delivery is expected, and you will have the ability to understand what is needed to ensure our client requirements are met.

Your responsibilities will include:



Providing exceptional five-star customer service and ensure the teams delivery meets this standard Plan team rostering on monthly basis to ensure there is always adequate coverage Train and oversee elite cover staff Ensure site manuals are up to standard with all new procedures Support office management with onboarding of new and oversee employees Greet clients and manage front desk with dependability and reliability in a stable and professional environment Manage meeting rooms Escort external guests to meeting rooms Offer guests refreshments Book in meeting rooms Ensure daily floor checks are completed, and stock of supplies are at a good level Answer calls Liaising with guests and employees within companies Clear communication between team members Excellent Teamwork
