We're looking for an experienced and confident

Front of House team member

to join us at The Club House -- a busy, contemporary cafe and event space with a focus on quality, atmosphere, and genuine hospitality.

This role is ideal for someone who's naturally warm, takes pride in good service, and thrives in a fast-paced but well-run environment.

You should:

Have previous hospitality or bistro-style service experience (3 year minimum) Be professional, reliable, and proactive Have strong customer service skills and attention to detail Enjoy working as part of a small, hands-on team Take genuine pride in presentation and guest experience

What to expect:

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary. Assist with catering events, ensuring all requirements are met for successful service. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Adhere to food safety regulations, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene are maintained. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for complete guest satisfaction. Support barista duties when required, preparing coffee and other beverages to high standards.
Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
