Job Overview
We are seeking a Front End Associate to join our team in a customer-facing role within the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers as they enter the establishment
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about products or services
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the front end area
- Handle cash transactions and operate the till system
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service role within the food, beverage, or hospitality industry is desirable
- Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanour
- Strong communication skills and a helpful attitude towards customers
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and evenings
Pay: 7.55-12.21 per hour
