Front Of House Team Member
Job Description
We are looking for experienced, customer focussed full-time Restaurant FOH staff to join our team at Monachyle Mhor Hotel. We are a small boutique hotel with an award winning Rosette fine-dining restaurant and are looking for candidates who are passionate about delivering great service. In this position you will work within the restaurant, serving guests food, hot and cold drinks so Barista experience would be beneficial. You will ensure they receive quality service and our standards are maintained for our new and returning guests. Please do not apply is you require sponsorship as this position cannot be sponsored.
It is vital that you have experience working within a fine dining restaurant. You must be hard-working and always take a customer orientated approach, ensuring quality service.
You will work over breakfast lunch and dinner service and the role will involve working split shifts.
Competitive hourly rate, paid weekly, share of tips paid weekly via Tronc System. Essential skills:
Must have luxury hotel background, restaurant experience in a similar role. Excellent communication skills Passionate about delivering excellent customer service Barista experience would be beneficial Knowledge, enthusiasm and understanding of food, beverages, cocktails and wine would be beneficial Hands On Approach Very good attention to detail, great communicator, organised Good team worker
