Overview: We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience. Responsibilities: - Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner - Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations regarding food and beverages - Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly - Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner - Ensure accuracy and quality of all orders before serving them to guests - Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or issues - Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to enhance guest experience - Assist with food preparation and basic kitchen tasks as needed - Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations - Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations Experience: - Previous experience as a Server or in a similar role is preferred but not required - Knowledge of culinary terms, food preparation techniques, and guest service principles is beneficial - Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations is a plus - Basic math skills for handling payments accurately - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment - Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests and team members - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Join our team of dedicated hospitality professionals and enjoy a rewarding career in the restaurant industry.
