Keep up to date with social media trends, audio, hashtags, and aesthetics-related topics

Work with the clinic team to ensure brand messaging, ethics, and visual style are consistent

Front of House Responsibilities

Provide a welcoming, professional, and polished experience for every patient entering the clinic

Manage reception duties including check-in, appointment flow, and maintaining a clean and tidy clinic

Handle telephone calls, emails, booking enquiries, and Instagram messages

Take payments and issue receipts and aftercare documentation

Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organisation at front-of-house

Support clinicians with light administration and patient coordination

Ensure stock, brochures, and patient information displays are maintained
