that Reiss is known for -- even in the festive rush. You'll be passionate about fashion, enthusiastic about customer interaction, and ready to work in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service at all times Support customers with product knowledge, styling, and fitting room assistance Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation Operate tills accurately and handle transactions efficiently Uphold Reiss brand values and maintain a professional, polished appearance Work flexibly across weekdays, weekends, and peak trading hours (including Boxing Day and New Year)

About You

Previous retail or customer service experience Confident, approachable, and customer-focused Strong communication and interpersonal skills A positive attitude and ability to work well in a team Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment Passion for the Reiss brand and an eye for style Fully flexible during the festive period (including late night and weekend shifts)
