Job Description
Litigation Lawyer -
Our client is looking for a Litigation Solicitor to join their rapidly expanding business.
The successful candidate will ideally have significant legal experience with a background in the commercial, debt recovery and property sector. They will be responsible for advising and representing clients in disputes, including contract disputes, regulatory issues, general commercial litigation and property litigation.
Responsibilities
Handle a broad range of litigation matters, including contract disputes, regulatory investigations and disputes. Draft and review legal documentation, including litigation pleadings, commercial contracts, settlement agreements, and compliance reports. Collaborate with other departments and senior leadership within the company to provide comprehensive, multidisciplinary legal advice
Required Experience/Skills:
3+ PQE Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset A strong client focus and commitment to exceptional service delivery Proven ability to manage and progress files independently A demonstrable passion for business development
