What you'll be doing:
A Provide support to Global & Domestic Mobility delivery teams and Management with any activities as required
Creation and monitoring for all required reports to actively manage compliance process
Pro-active in identifying improvements to process and service that leads to quality and / or cost saving outcomes
Support in capturing feedback responses, help to facilitate feedback with outcomes used to drive continuous improvements
Support and liaise across the team the delivery communications to inform general updates and system improvements
Deliver all assignee communications in a timely and professional manner
Support in allocating and monitoring defects through the Defect Management Process and maintaining the associated defect dashboard (Excel)
Provide support where required, to the Global Mobility Operations Manager to ensure our compliance with both internal and regulatory requirements
Oversight of all shared mailboxes
Ensure all internal and external report requests are managed accurately in a timely manner
Co-ordinate additional internal activities where needed
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
Previous experience of working within an administrative role
Sound knowledge and experience of using IT platforms including SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
Experience of dealing with multiple stakeholders
Desirable:
HR administration and data reporting experience
Global Mobility or Tax experience
Experience of ServiceNow and Equus
