Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled goundworkers & machine operators.

Duties

Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery such as excavators for various landscaping and construction projects. Conduct irrigation system installations and maintenance to optimise water usage in garden areas. Carry out general maintenance tasks to ensure all equipment is in good working order. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Apply knowledge of gardening and horticulture to select appropriate plants and materials for specific environments. Assist in the construction of landscape features such as patios, pathways, and retaining walls.

Requirements

Proven experience in landscape maintenance or a related field is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various hand tools and power tools safely. Experience with excavators and irrigation systems is highly desirable. A solid understanding of gardening practices and horticultural principles. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality workmanship. Physical fitness is essential, as the role involves manual labour and working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Pay: 18.00-24.00 per hour
