Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Instructor to join our team. As an Instructor, you will have the opportunity to educate and inspire our clients. You will have a relevant gym qualification and have experience in leading group fitness classes. If you have a passion for fitness, we would love to hear from you.
The position comes with the opportunity to offer private PT sessions with clients within the club in your own time.
Duties:
- Instructing in the gym - Inductions and program planning.
- Be able to offer private PT sessions for clients within the club.
- Cleaning and maintenance of the equipment and gym area.
- Teaching group exercise classes.
- Some reception cover needed.
Qualifications:
- Relevant Gym qualification. Level 2 Gym Instructor minimum.
- Proven experience as an Instructor or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and sports coaching techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.
