Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Handy Man to join our team, we have a restaurant, bar, hotel and function room. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of mechanical knowledge and experience in various maintenance tasks. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively supervise and lead projects, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard. The Handy Man will be responsible for maintaining and repairing facilities, providing excellent customer service, also have a driving licence as may need to run erans for the business.

Duties

Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings, fixtures, and equipment. Maintain mechanical systems, including plumbing and electrical. Read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting and repairs. Conduct inspections to identify issues requiring attention or repair. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client requests and concerns. fixing components as necessary for repairs or modifications.

Requirements

Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in maintenance or maintenance person services. Familiarity with electrical systems and logic controllers is advantageous. Ability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanour. Proficiency in English for effective communication with clients and team members. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and maintenance tasks.
