The Role
We're looking for a senior legal leader to join us at an exciting inflection point in our growth. As Head of Legal reporting to the CFO, you'll establish and lead our in-house legal function, shape policy and governance for our international entities, and guide the business through complex commercial, data, and AI-related legal landscapes. This is a hands-on role - we're looking for someone who's as comfortable drafting and redlining as they are shaping policy and advising on AI and data regulation. You'll need a scale-up mindset: pragmatic, commercial, and happy working across the full range of legal work, from the strategic to the operational.
You'll be the trusted legal advisor to the leadership team, balancing commercial pragmatism with sound governance. You'll manage all aspects of legal risk across our global business, from commercial contracting to corporate structuring and exit readiness. This is a hands-on, senior position where you'll both advise the business day to day. You'll also oversee relationships with external counsel and play a key role in shaping our legal readiness as we scale internationally.
