Vortex Distribution Ltd is Europe's leading B2B supplier of hot tub parts and accessories and the distributor of our own spa line. Founded in 2008 and based in Portsmouth, we're an SME of ~18 employees serving 2,000+ trade customers across the UK, EU and USA, with in-house warehouse, sales, operations and marketing.
The role
Own the marketing function end-to-end. Plan, execute and report a commercially focused programme across SEO, trade shows, lifecycle/CRM, partner/dealer marketing and revenue-driving content for parts and spa ranges. Manage two direct reports and work closely with Sales and Finance to hit trading goals. Some UK/EU travel for events. (No PPC focus.)
What you'll do
Build and run the annual/quarterly plan, budget and campaign calendar.
Drive demand via SEO, trade shows, outbound/email, PR in trade media and dealer/partner programmes.
Own lifecycle/CRM: segmented onboarding, reorder cadences, lapsed win-backs and event follow-ups.
Direct technical content: spec sheets, install guides, troubleshooting and dealer kits.
Define KPIs and reporting (weekly trading pack; monthly board view).
Manage vendors/freelancers for peak design/video needs.
Qualifications & experience
4-8 years in B2B e-commerce or technical distribution with end-to-end campaign ownership.
Strength in catalogue/technical SEO, CRM/lifecycle, trade/event marketing and sales enablement.
Proficient with GA4 and Looker Studio; confident reporting on revenue, margin and repeat rate.
Clear, direct communicator; highly hands-on.
Degree in Marketing/Business (or equivalent experience). CIM L6 (or working towards) preferred. GA4 cert and basic HTML/CMS advantageous.
Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK.

Revenue and margin by category; organic (non-brand) growth; site conversion; email-driven revenue; new trade accounts and activation; event ROI.
