Are you ready to make an impact at one of London's leading Further Education providers? Capital City College (CCC) is looking for a skilled Head of Quality Improvement to support and drive key operational functions, helping shape the future of education in the heart of London.



About the

Role





This role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis.



Under the direction of the Director of Quality Improvement, the Head of Quality Improvement will play a pivotal role in the development, implementation, and continuous enhancement of quality assurance and improvement systems and compliance procedures within CCC. The post holder will support the Director in driving the quality agenda, ensuring alignment with CCC's mission and goals, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the Group.


To prepare and implement programmes relating to quality assurance systems, self-assessment and quality improvement. To review and audit the College quality assurance systems, including online systems, to ensure rigorous and consistent application. Ensure compliance with relevant internal and external quality standards and regulations. To monitor staff compliance with systems and processes and report to managers on improvement needs and monitor improvement. Oversee the collection and analysis of feedback from learners, employers, and parents to inform improvements. Oversee the collection and analysis of data to inform strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
