Role Overview
The successful candidate will deliver high-quality teaching across Health & Social Care programmes, with a particular focus on T Levels. You will contribute to curriculum development, support student progression, and maintain an engaging, inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging lessons across Health & Social Care courses, including T Levels
Draw upon professional nursing experience to enrich teaching and learning
Support students through effective assessment, feedback, and guidance
Contribute to curriculum planning and quality assurance processes
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance learner experience and outcomes
Requirements
Professional background in nursing
Experience teaching or delivering T Level Health content
Strong subject knowledge across Health & Social Care
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A commitment to student success and inclusive teaching
