12.21-14.29 per hour

Care Assistant - Lincoln Area

Salary: 12.21 - 14.29 per hour (depending on shift type)
Hours: Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available
Shifts: Wednesday & Friday DAY Shifts NIGHT shifts available

About the Role

You'll be supporting a male client with Cerebral Palsy who uses a wheelchair. Your role will include:

Moving & Handling / Repositioning

Community Support

- the client has a wheelchair-accessible vehicle, so

drivers are essential

Daily Living Assistance

- personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping

Companionship & Emotional Support

- build a positive relationship and encourage independence

What We're Looking For

A caring, friendly personality to match our client's positive outlook Minimum

6 months care experience

preferred Strong communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
