Talent Pool
The Band 3 Talent Pool is UCLH's coordinated approach to centralised recruitment for Band 3 Healthcare Assistant positions across the Trust. It enables us to match successful candidates to suitable vacancies as they arise, across wards and departments.
While in the Talent Pool, candidates may continue in their current employment or seek other opportunities elsewhere. Once a candidate accepts a position, a conditional offer will be issued, and pre-employment checks will begin.
Candidates in the Talent Pool can expect to be offered a position across one of our many hospitals and specialities. You can find out more about our hospitals and specialities here: https://www.uclh.nhs.uk/our-services/our-hospitals
