We are now seeking a

proactive, creative, and results-oriented Healthcare Marketing Executive

to help us expand our client base and strengthen our brand presence within the healthcare and social care sector.

Role Overview



The Healthcare Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing campaigns to attract both

private clients

who require home care services and

business clients

in need of staffing support. This role combines digital marketing, relationship management, and business development to drive sustainable growth for Oasis Forte Healthcare Limited.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to promote Oasis Forte's domiciliary care and healthcare staffing services. Generate high-quality leads from both B2B and B2C channels and convert them into lasting client relationships. Build partnerships with care homes, hospitals, supported living providers, and private clients requiring care services. Network with local authorities, community organisations, and healthcare professionals to increase brand visibility and referrals. Manage the company's digital presence, including website content, social media platforms, online ads, and email marketing campaigns. Design and produce engaging marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, client proposals, and presentation decks. Conduct ongoing market research to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends within the healthcare sector. Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimise marketing efforts. Support the administrative and operational functions of the office -- including maintaining client databases, preparing marketing reports, and handling correspondence.
