SEEKING CANDIDATES EXPERIENCED IN HEALTH & SOCIAL CARE SECTOR
SHIFTS AVAILABLE ARE:
7AM - 11AM
7AM - 2PM
4PM - 7.30PM
4PM - 10.30PM
6PM - 10.30PM

Day to Day:
To provide personal care, meals, assistance with medication, toileting/bathing needs.
Monitor the well being and health of customers
Reduce isolation and build professional caring relationships
Work with a well developed and competent workforce
Maintain customer records within the home
Follow agreed ways of working within customer Care Plan
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.30-14.75 per hour
