About the Role

The Flexi Group is currently seeking reliable, customer-focused Home Delivery Drivers to join our team for immediate starts in the Lincoln area. Working with a leading supermarket chain, you'll be responsible for ensuring that customers receive their grocery deliveries safely, on time, and with a smile.

You'll play a key role in delivering outstanding service and representing both The Flexi Group and our client in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

Safely deliver groceries to customers' homes on time and in excellent condition. Follow pre-planned delivery routes via a handheld device. Load and unload customer orders efficiently and safely (some heavy lifting required). Provide friendly and professional customer service at every doorstep. Handle any customer queries or issues courteously. Check all orders for accuracy before delivery. Keep the delivery vehicle clean and in good working order. Report any issues promptly, such as delays, incorrect orders, or vehicle faults. Comply with all road safety laws and company procedures.

Requirements

Full UK Driving Licence (Category B) - maximum of 6 points, with no endorsements Must pass a DBS check (conducted by the client) Must pass random alcohol and drug testing Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude Physically capable of lifting and carrying grocery crates Excellent communication and time management skills Previous delivery experience preferred

Pay:

12.21 per hour (PAYE)

Shifts:

AM 06:00-14:00 | PM 14:00-22:00
