Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the daily operations of the residential care home, fostering a positive environment for residents and staff. Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and uphold the highest standards of care quality. Support, mentor, and develop the care and nursing team to deliver outstanding person-centred care. Manage budgets, staffing, and resources effectively to ensure smooth service delivery. Build strong relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

Proven management experience within residential or nursing care settings. NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or in progress). Thorough understanding of CQC standards and compliance requirements. Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Passion for providing high-quality, person-centred care.
