As a Home Manager (RGN/RMN/RNLD), you will play a pivotal role in leading our dedicated team to provide exceptional care in a nurturing environment. Your expertise in nursing and management will ensure that residents receive the highest quality of care tailored to their individual needs. You'll be at the forefront of operations, overseeing daily activities and fostering a supportive atmosphere for both staff and residents. What you'll do



Lead and manage the overall operations of the home, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards. Develop, implement, and review personalized care plans for residents, focusing on their unique needs including Alzheimer's and dementia care. Supervise nursing staff and caregivers, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their professional development. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and social workers to coordinate comprehensive care services. Manage budgets effectively while ensuring optimal resource allocation for quality care delivery. Conduct regular assessments of resident health and well-being, adjusting care plans as necessary. Foster a positive community atmosphere through engaging activities that promote social interaction among residents. Ensure safe medication administration practices are followed by all staff members.

Basic qualifications



Home Manager - Kenton Hall - 40 hours per week (55k). Current CQ rating is good with no significant challenges or issues
Required:

Nursing Qualification (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) with valid NMC registration. Suitable experience in a senior leadership role within a nursing or complex care setting. A non-transitionary work history Proven track record of managing complex needs: including PEG feeding, tracheostomy care, epilepsy management, dementia, or neuro-disability. Strong understanding of clinical risk management, safeguarding, infection control, and end-of-life care.

Pay: 55,000.00 per year
