Hospitality Recruitment Consultant

Join PRS, a leading name in recruitment with over 25 years of industry success, as we expand our Hospitality division. We're looking for someone with hospitality recruitment experience (temp and/or perm) to help us drive growth, develop new business, and support our existing client base.
What You'll Be Doing:

• Building and developing a temp and/or perm hospitality desk (BOH or FOH).
• Leveraging our warm database and strong brand presence.
• Bringing in new clients through proactive sales and networking.
• Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle.
• Delivering high-quality service to both clients and candidates.
• Working closely with our supportive and driven team.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in hospitality recruitment (agency side).
• Strong business development skills.
• Confident, motivated, and commercially aware.
• A passion for hospitality and delivering results.
• Someone excited by the idea of growing a division with long-term leadership potential.
