Key Responsibilities
Warmly greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring an exceptional first impression.
Answer and route incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
Keep the reception area tidy, organized, and inviting at all times.
Provide guests with information about our services, facilities, and nearby attractions.
Schedule and coordinate appointments while managing staff calendars.
Handle general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Protect confidential information in accordance with company policies.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong verbal communication and professional phone etiquette.
Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus for serving a diverse clientele.
Previous experience in hospitality or guest services, particularly in a hotel environment, is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a warm and approachable personality.
Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
Proficiency with office equipment and standard software applications.
