Job Overview:
We're seeking an experienced and dynamic
Human Resources Manager
to join our team! In this role, you'll oversee all aspects of HR operations -- from recruitment and employee engagement to compliance and performance management. You'll play a key part in shaping a positive company culture and supporting our employees' professional growth.
Responsibilities:
Lead the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
Support managers in performance evaluations, coaching, and career development.
Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal HR policies.
Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on experience with HR software (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, or ADP).
HR certifications (SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) are a plus.
