IT Support Technician (1st/2nd Line) - Altrincham - Hybrid (2/3 days on site) - 32K
*You must have a full UK driving license as you will occasionally travel to other sites (non-negotiable) *
A major retailer with ambitious growth and sustainability plans are looking for their next IT Support Technician (1st/2nd line) to support their team through a period of transformational change. You will work closely with regional teams and their managed service provider to ensure smooth delivery of IT solutions.

Essential:

• Minimum 1- 2 years in a similar IT support role
• Full UK driving licence (occasional site visits required)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Strong hands-on experience with Windows OS, hardware builds, and troubleshooting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 administration
• General networking skills including Wi-Fi connectivity and user support
• Experience working to KPIs and SLAs
• Analytical mindset and ability to make sound decisions under pressure
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have:

• Experience with Microsoft Intune and Apple Business Manager
• Familiarity with cloud technologies (Azure is a plus)
• ITSM tool experience
