We are looking for a talented and passionate full-time Junior Bartender to join our Red room team at the award-winning 5-Star Deluxe Connaught hotel.

The Role:

As a Junior Bartender you will provide a courteous and efficient service to all guests and maintain the levels of service to the highest standards throughout each shift.

Responsibilities:

To consistently deliver minimum Connaught standard levels of excellence to ensure complete satisfaction of both internal and external customers. To be fully conversant with the bar menu. To be fully conversant with The Connaught standards and to maintain them at all times. To be responsible for all mise-en-place before and during service, ensuring that there are no shortages of china, glass and any other service items. The Hotel requires that the Red Room Bar Bartender carry out any task deemed necessary by the management for the efficient running of the Food and Beverage division at The Connaught Hotel. To promote a helpful and professional image to clients and colleagues, and give full co-operation to either client or colleague requiring assistance, with a prompt and helpful attitude.

Someone who naturally embodies elegance, warmth, and quiet confidence. Previous bartending experience in luxury hospitality. A calm, composed presence with an eye for thoughtful detail. A team player who believes service is an art and people are at the heart.
