Now we are looking for a

Junior

Legal Counsel (Product Compliance: Crypto)

who will be responsible for providing legal support for crypto-related products and services, as well as offering guidance on compliance and regulatory matters within the crypto space.

What you will be doing:

Conduct legal research on the regulation of digital assets. Provide legal advice to internal teams on VASP authorizations across various jurisdictions. Monitor, analyze, and assess regulatory developments in digital assets, while proactively updating teams on significant changes. Review marketing materials related to the regulation of digital assets. Assume additional responsibilities as assigned, with opportunities to expand your expertise.

What we are looking for:

Must have:

Law degree. By way of exception, we are ready to consider candidates without a law degree but with extensive experience in compliance and good command of legal research skills. Knowledge of laws and regulations applicable to the crypto industry (preferably worldwide, at a minimum - in the EU), particularly in relation to the AML/CFT framework (customer due diligence, "Travel Rule", etc). Attention to detail, strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities.

Nice to have:

Over 1 year of practical experience in the cryptoasset field or, generally, in AML/CFT-regulated companies.
