We are seeking a Keyholder to join our Brent Cross Wellbeing Hub for 22.5 hours per week. This role requires someone who is passionate about customer service and is committed to delivering an exceptional experience that aligns with our brand values. A keen interest in health and wellbeing will enhance your ability to connect with our customers.
As a Keyholder, you'll work collaboratively within a team environment, thrive under pressure, and respond to change positively while maintaining the highest levels of professionalism. Flexibility is essential, as you will be expected to work a combination of weekdays and weekends, with occasional late nights.

What You Will Do
Drive forward sales and achieve company objectives
Be responsible for the opening and closing of the store
Oversee cashing up and banking procedures
Assist team and store management with daily operations
Maintain stock management and support with delivery handling
Utilise Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Drive proficiently
Provide outstanding customer experience to inspire wellbeing
Take initiative and work proactively
Uphold company standards in housekeeping, cleanliness, and visual merchandising
Provide hand and arm massages to customers as an integral part of the in-store experience, showcasing products and promoting interaction.
Requirements

Previous retail experience (preferably in a health/beauty environment)
A genuine passion for wellbeing
A strong commitment to customer service, inspiring others
Self-motivated, maintaining impeccable standards in store
Confident communicator who treats everyone with honesty and respect
A collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Meticulous attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure
Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and evenings
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Drive
