The Role

We're looking for a proactive Kitchen Manager to join our growing team and support the Head of Production in running a busy kitchen. You'll ensure our operations run smoothly, food quality remains exceptional, and our team delivers every order to Pow's high standards.

This is a hands-on role requiring excellent leadership, organisation and communication skills, with a passion for good food and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Head of Production in managing and coordinating daily kitchen operations. Supervise chefs, kitchen porters and drivers, ensuring a safe and positive work environment. Oversee food preparation, packaging and dispatch, maintaining quality and presentation standards. Ensure compliance with food hygiene, allergen and safety protocols. Manage ordering, stock control and supplier checks. Monitor food storage and kitchen cleanliness. Assist with rota planning, cost reporting and kitchen documentation.Contribute ideas to improve systems and processes.
What We're Looking For

Experience in a kitchen supervisory or management role (production kitchen experience desirable). Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations. Excellent organisational and leadership skills.Positive, hands-on attitude and ability to motivate a team. Passion for nutritious, sustainable food.
