to help keep our kitchen running smoothly and our team smiling!

What You'll Be Doing:

Keeping our kitchen sparkling clean and organized Washing up and helping with basic food prep Supporting our chefs and learning the ropes Being a key part of our friendly, close-knit crew
Duties:

Assist with food preparation tasks as directed by chefs and cooks Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment Ensure all kitchen surfaces are sanitised and free from hazards Help with stock rotation and storage of ingredients to maintain freshness Support chefs during busy service periods by providing additional assistance as needed Adhere to health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment Assist in receiving and storing deliveries of food supplies
Working Schedule:

Tuesday-Sunday - 10am - 4.30pm Flexibility on working week days

? Requirements:

Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality setting is advantageous but not essential A passion for culinary arts and a willingness to learn from an experienced chef Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
