We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Lecturer in Performing Arts - Musical Theatre, with strong directing and choreography experience, to join our expanding School of Creative and Performing Arts. This role offers the opportunity to direct and choreograph musical theatre productions, deliver high-quality teaching, and support learners in developing professional-level performance skills. The successful candidate will primarily teach and assess students on our UAL Level 3 Musical Theatre course, with opportunities to contribute to our Acting and Dance pathways. The position involves planning and delivering practical and theory-based sessions, mentoring and supporting learners in preparing for assessments, providing constructive feedback, and offering pastoral support to enhance the overall learner experience.



The ideal candidate will hold a degree or professional qualification in Musical Theatre or a related discipline, have relevant industry experience as a director and/or choreographer, and a strong understanding of current industry practice. Experience in teaching, mentoring, or training learners is essential, along with excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
