We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Lifecycle Optimisation Support to join our dynamic and collaborative team. This role plays a vital part in supporting the delivery of strategic projects by identifying opportunities for stakeholder engagement, process improvement, and cost optimisation.

You will ensure quality systems are suitably managed in line with service excellence. You will deliver and manage project plans from project inception/brief, through design development and planning, contractor procurement and construction phase in accordance with the overall delivery program and agreed project milestones. You will manage tasks and associated deliverables in support of senior project managers and other leaders, alongside the wider project and client teams, to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of the project. Collaborate closely with the Lifecycle Optimisation Project Manager to gather, analyse, and present data that supports project acceleration and cost-saving initiatives through Opportunities. Develop and maintain Benefit Maps and contribute to Benefits Realisation planning. Identify and implement change to current processes in line with Best Practice. Engage with a wide range of stakeholders to enhance communication, improve project outcomes, and ensure alignment with programme goals. Identify and implement improvements in stakeholder engagement strategies and processes. Work both independently and as part of a team, using initiative to drive tasks forward. Support the creation and delivery of effective communication materials in various formats to celebrate success, share knowledge, and capture lessons learned. Organise and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and managing action registers. Validate and manage project learnings, ensuring they are effectively communicated and embedded across the programme.

You will manage the project team and relevant stakeholders to achieve strategic project key performance indicators (KPIs). You will actively networ k and seek understanding of best practice, utilising the full depth of knowledge of Mace Group, the Centres of Excellence, Mace Way Control Centre and Knowledge Hub.
You'll need to have:


Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship management. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage individuals from diverse technical backgrounds. Experience in creating stakeholder strategies, plans, and matrices. Creative thinking and the ability to produce engaging communication materials. Skilled in knowledge sharing, lessons learned documentation, and success celebration. Organised and detail-oriented with experience in meeting coordination and documentation. Ability to manage and communicate project learnings effectively
You'll also have:


Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development. Property or infrastructure project management expertise. Commercial and financial acumen. Experience of working on projects within large, diverse teams. Experience of developing and forming relationships with other stakeholders within projects. Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on
