This role is ideal for someone who understands how to build organic visibility, generate enquiries and create content that resonates with production managers, creative directors, agencies and corporate clients.

What You'll Be Doing
As our LinkedIn Content Creator & Studio Social Strategist, you will be responsible for producing and managing all LinkedIn content for Finchley Studios. Your focus will be on generating interest in our Warehouse Production Stage and studio sets through consistent, high-quality visual content.
You will:
Create, film and edit short-form LinkedIn content showcasing our studio spaces, warehouse stages, behind-the-scenes activity and client shoots.
Post consistently on our LinkedIn page (3-5 posts per week), aligned with our strategic goals.
Capture BTS footage, studio walkthroughs, lighting setups, set builds and production activity.
Develop smart, engaging B2B content ideas tailored to production managers, agency producers and creative leads.
Engage with key industry professionals on LinkedIn for visibility.
Analyse performance metrics and adapt content strategies accordingly.
Maintain an organised content library and plan monthly content calendars.

Job Duties
Film behind-the-scenes content in our studios and warehouse Production Stage.
Edit short-form videos in a clean, professional style suitable for LinkedIn.
Produce carousels, reels, walk-throughs and case study style posts.
Write concise, well-structured B2B-friendly captions.
Showcase the value of Finchley's studio facilities through visual storytelling.
Collaborate with our management and production teams to identify strong content opportunities.
Create content that highlights technical capabilities, scale, and professionalism.
Ensure that all posts maintain Finchley's brand standards and messaging.
Track basic analytics and report on weekly and monthly engagement trends.

Skills Required
Proven experience managing LinkedIn for brands or B2B organisations.
Videography and filming experience (studio, BTS or content-based).
Strong video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve or equivalent).
Good understanding of production environments.
Strong copywriting skills tailored to professional audiences.
Excellent attention to detail and creative judgement.
Ability to work independently and execute consistently.
Reliable, organised and proactive.

Experience, Skills & Qualifications (Required)
Minimum 2 years' experience in videography, editing or content creation.
Demonstrable experience growing LinkedIn or B2B social accounts.
Strong filming and editing portfolio.
Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English).
Good understanding of production or studio environments.
Highly organised with strong time-management.
Able to work onsite in Finchley.
