to provide exceptional, person-centred care and support to clients in their own homes across

Kent, Surrey, and Sussex

As a Live-in Carer, you will reside with the client, offering continuous care and companionship while supporting their physical, emotional, and social well-being. All positions are

, including internships.

Key Responsibilities

Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities such as washing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support. Administer medication safely and accurately, following prescribed protocols. Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary needs and preferences. Support clients with mobility challenges using safe moving and handling techniques. Implement behaviour management strategies for individuals with dementia or other cognitive conditions. Offer companionship and emotional support, helping clients stay socially engaged and mentally stimulated. Assist with household tasks to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment. Accompany clients to appointments or outings, ensuring safe transportation when required. Keep accurate, up-to-date care records and report any changes in health or behaviour promptly. Provide sensitive and professional support for hospice or palliative care needs when necessary.

Experience & Requirements

Previous experience in live-in care, home care, or residential settings is

highly desirable

. Understanding of dementia, Alzheimer's, and elderly care practices. Experience in medication administration and first aid is advantageous. Familiarity with behaviour management for individuals with cognitive impairments. A

valid UK driving licence

is preferred for roles that involve travel or escorting clients. Must be empathetic, reliable, organised, and committed to delivering exceptional care.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: 8,000.00-10,000.00 per week
