Job Description

Skybod Healthcare Ltd is seeking

kind, professional, and experienced live-in carers

to deliver

personalised care and companionship

to clients in the comfort of their own homes.

This is a

self-employed opportunity

. You'll help clients live safely, comfortably, and with dignity in familiar surroundings.

Key Responsibilities



Assist with

personal care

(washing, dressing, grooming) Support with

medication reminders and daily wellbeing

Prepare meals

and maintain a clean, comfortable home environment Provide

companionship, conversation, and emotional reassurance

Help with

mobility, safety, and comfort

Accompany clients to

appointments, walks, or social activities

Observe and report

any changes in health or condition

Important Information About Self-Employment



This role is open to

self-employed carers only

.

You must have or be willing to apply for a

UTR (Unique Taxpayer Reference)

from HMRC. If you do not yet have a UTR,

Skybod Healthcare Ltd can provide a clear, step-by-step guide

on how to register. Please note:

individuals on a sponsor visa cannot register as self-employed

, and

Skybod Healthcare Ltd is unable to provide visa sponsorship

. You can verify your

visa or immigration status

on the UK Government website to ensure you're eligible to work as self-employed.

Requirements



Minimum

6 months' care experience

(live-in or domiciliary)

Self-employed

or willing to register

Enhanced DBS check

(or willing to obtain)

Right to work in the UK

and professional references Naturally

caring, patient, and dependable

Advantageous:

NVQ Level 2/3 or First Aid training
