Segal Placements is a Partner led legal recruitment agency focussing on lateral hires into private practice within London. Our contacts within our client firms are senior lawyers, Heads of Department, Managing Partners and CEO's.
These 5 practice areas mentioned above remain highly sought after. At Present and we have multiple London Firms, (four in one instance) looking to recruit into these disciplines.
Whilst the run-up to the Christmas break may not be the best time to start engaging with the market as hiring Partners tend to be very busy with client work, we can discuss options with you now and set some wheels in motion in Q1 2026 as very few, if any, of these roles will be filled within the next 3 weeks.
The Firms looking to hire into these areas include include 12 Large City Firms, 3 Mid/Town (Holborn/Clerkenwell) and 6 in Mayfair / the West End.
