Management Accountant - Galgorm Collection (Maternity Cover)

HOURS:

Standard working hours are 9am- 5pm, Monday to Friday

Job Purpose:

To provide accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis for Galgorm Collection's luxury hospitality operations, including hotel, spa, restaurants, and event venues. The role ensures profitability, cost control, and compliance while supporting strategic decisions across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Variance Analysis Prepare monthly management accounts for an associated property of the Galgorm Collection. Manage project trackers for projects within the Galgorm Collection Monitor KPIs such as ADR, RevPAR, and departmental performance. Assist in annual budgets. Provide insights to support management. Ensure adherence to GAAP/IFRS. Maintain strong internal controls over cash handling and revenue recognition. Operational Support Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors. Balance sheet reconciliations Weely reporting to management

Person Specification:

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. Professional certification (CIMA, ACCA, CPA) preferred. Qualified/Part Qualified.

Skills:

Proficiency in Excel and preferably Sage 50/200/X3. Strong analytical and problem-solving ability. Excellent communication and time management skills.
