We are currently searching for a

Fractional Marketing Director

to join our growing community. This is an exciting opportunity to support a portfolio of ambitious brands -- typically with turnovers up to 20 million -- as they navigate critical growth stages.

You'll work with founders and leadership teams to provide marketing direction, strategic insight, and hands-on delivery. Fractional roles typically span 1-3 days per week, offering flexibility and variety.

This is ideal for experienced senior marketers who want to build a dynamic, rewarding portfolio career while helping some of the UK's most exciting consumer brands scale.

What will you do? Roles include but are not limited to:

Leading and mentoring marketing teams, from junior to senior level. Establishing and overseeing key marketing KPIs to align with business objectives. Managing and optimising marketing budgets, including ROI analysis Partnering with founders and senior leaders across the business to ensure strategies are aligned. Shaping brand positioning, voice and strategic direction. Overseeing relationships with any external partners. Working with business leaders to steer overall brand direction.

Knowledge and skills required

A proven track record as a Marketing Director or CMO, ideally in B2C. Strategic leadership and the ability to improve others around you. Experience working for fast growing start ups or SMEs. Organisation with the ability to balance your workload and work autonomously. Strong commercial acumen, and the ability to measure impact. Experience operating at board level and partnering across business functions. A passion for consumer brands.
