Job Description
The Education and Semi-Professional Football Academy (ESPFA) are looking for a Maths and English tutor to join our education team for online lessons.
At the ESPFA we are extremely passionate about education and the academic development of our students. We are of course always happy to see footballing competition, achievement and progression; however, education has to be the primary endpoint for all of our students.
The programme, for 16-19 year olds has a weekly time table of education lessons and football training as well as competing in ESPFA league and cup on Thursday afternoons.
The successful candidate will be required to work from
9am - 5pm
on aMonday
and aFriday
plus an additional 7.5 hours per week for flexible administration, for 32 weeks of the academic year between September and May.Total hours -

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Delivery of lessons to students resitting their Maths and English exams as part of the company's Mathematics and English Online provision. Delivery/Facilitation of Mock Assessments in align with learning hour requirements. They will liaise with ESPFA management staff and adhere to all administration tasks. They will meet all set deadlines that are required to aid the progress of all students. They will liaise with all ESPFA staff on any additional requirements. They will undertake any safeguarding duties that may occur throughout the academic year. Deliver/Facilitate any required staff meetings with fellow subject tutors. Be responsible for the booking of examination centres for all ESPFA candidates. Develop the academic years Scheme of Work and weekly Lesson Plans for the subject Develop subject resources to cover weekly lessons. Oversee standardisation of marking from tutors within the subject and assist with any additional marking requirements.
