Key Responsibilities
In this mobile M&E Engineer role, you will:
Carry out planned and reactive M&E maintenance across multi-site commercial environments
Diagnose faults and deliver effective first-fix engineering solutions
Act as first responder to engineering and building services emergencies
Ensure full compliance with UK Health and Safety regulations
Mentor and support junior engineers within the mobile engineering team
Supervise third-party contractors when required
Complete work orders using smart devices and meet SLA targets
Provide technical engineering support and deputise for the Managing Engineer

Skills, Experience and Qualifications
You will be a strong match for this Mechanical and Electrical Engineer role if you have:
A recognised apprenticeship or qualification in Mechanical, Electrical or HVAC engineering
A full UK driving licence
Experience within supermarket, retail or multi-site environments
Strong communication, problem-solving and customer-facing skills
Confidence using IT systems, CAFM tools and smart devices
Desirable certifications include:
BS 7671: 18th Edition
Gas Safe
City & Guilds 2391 Test and Inspection
City & Guilds 2079 F-Gas Category 1
