Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and motivated

Delivery Drivers

to join our Evri delivery network in Southampton. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely and safe delivery of parcels to customers, providing excellent service on every route. This role suits individuals with strong driving skills, a solid work ethic, and a professional attitude.

Key Duties

Safely operate your own

car or van

to deliver parcels to various locations in and around Southampton Load and unload items, ensuring proper handling and care during transit Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks to maintain safety and reliability Maintain accurate delivery records, including parcel counts and completion times Communicate effectively with customers and the support team regarding delivery schedules or issues Adhere to all traffic laws and Evri operational standards while on the road Assist with occasional warehouse duties if required (e.g. sorting parcels, light organisation)

Pay & Rates

0.80 per parcel

on standard routes + Bonus performance

Daily rate available

for drivers preferring fixed earnings High parcel volume = consistent income

Weekly earning potential: 600-900

, depending on route size and efficiency

Requirements

Own car or van (roadworthy and insured)

Standard vehicle insurance only required

- courier insurance not needed Valid UK driving licence Previous delivery or commercial driving experience preferred Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude Physically able to handle parcels and perform occasional lifting
